We bring diversity of thought and fresh perspectives to provide meaningful market insights to our clients.

In addition to advising our General Partners, our focus is working with experienced, middle-market commercial real estate sponsors looking to expand their platform and scale upward, and we assist GPs with raising capital in both joint venture and discretionary fund structures.

We work predominantly with sponsors who have an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) component in their investment strategy, largely in social impact, such as workforce housing, affordable housing, green/energy efficient building, and building in distressed communities where capital is scarce.

A current strategy we employ is known as NOAH (Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing), where we work alongside  workforce housing groups that aim to preserve affordable housing, usually in dense, major markets. We are proud of the holistic approach we take when it comes to working with our clients.
