With a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry and more than 10 years of experience providing accounting and tax services to Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals, Rosalie is the President and CEO of DOT Capital Advisors. 

Previously, Rosalie led accounting for a multi-billion-dollar family office, focused on diverse investment strategies and philanthropic endeavors. She also worked for the national tax consulting practice at Deloitte, advising on multi-million-dollar corporate tax strategies. In 2011, she established Jackson Stone Financial Services, Inc., a multi-family office that has evolved to GP advisory services for commercial real estate sponsors, evolving into what is DOT Capital Advisors today.

Her beginnings and experience in multi-ethnic, immigrant communities helped to build the backbone of her work ethic and career, as Rosalie understood firsthand the burdens of underserved communities and minority groups and how she can play a critical role to positively impact these spaces. Making a social impact, particularly through workforce housing, affordable housing, and investing in distressed communities are at the heart of her day-to-day work. In the community, she is a board member of Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA), co-founder of Heart of Angels, and a board member for Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE).

Rosalie is a registered representative of Rainmaker Securities LLC, a FINRA SEC broker-dealer, and FINRA/SIPC member firm, holding a Series 63 and 82 FINRA license, and previously a licensed CPA in California. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University at Northridge.
